Assistant Director

Help run the center day to day alongside the owner. You keep rooms covered, teachers supported and families informed, and you step in when the director is out.

  • Plan staffing, room coverage and breaks so every room stays in ratio
  • Be a steady point of contact for families and teachers
  • Keep licensing and Step Up To Quality records current

Classroom lead

Lead Teacher

Run a classroom: infant, toddler, preschool or school age. You plan the days, know every family by name, and set the tone the room lives by.

  • Plan daily activities and lessons for your age group
  • Track each child's progress and keep parents in the loop
  • Guide your assistant teacher and keep the room in ratio

Assistant Teacher

Work alongside a lead who has done this for years. A strong place to grow into the profession while the children teach you what textbooks cannot.

Deia Bailey opened this center in 2010 and still runs it from inside the building. If you need something for your classroom, you ask the person who can actually say yes, the same day.
