The Day They Love. The Care You Trust.
We're a family-owned center on Cleveland's east side, Gold-rated by Ohio's Step Up To Quality and sixteen years in. That means low turnover, teachers who know every family by name, and a director who's on site
The best way to know if we're right for your family is to walk through the door.

Why families stay
What sixteen years in one building actually buys you
Every center will tell you it is loving and safe. Those are table stakes. Here is what we would want you to weigh instead — the things that are hard to change and easy to verify.
Gold‑rated, and someone checks
Step Up To Quality is Ohio’s rating system for early learning programs, and Gold is its top tier. It is not a sticker we bought. It means staff qualifications, curriculum and classroom practice are reviewed against the state’s standards — and have been, year after year.
The owner is in the building
Deia Bailey opened this center in 2010 with three children, and still owns it along with the building it sits in. Most centers our size answer to a regional manager in another city. If something matters to you, you can say it directly to the person who decides.
Teachers who stay
Low turnover is the quiet thing that makes everything else work. The teacher who learns how your child settles in October is still there in April — and she knows your name at pickup, not just your child’s.
The goal is further out than kindergarten
We are not aiming at kindergarten readiness. We are aiming at eighteen. Every letter, every book at circle time, every real answer to a four‑year‑old’s question is pointed at a child who reads well, thinks for herself, and has options.
Programs
Care for every age, six weeks to twelve years
Children grow in stages, so our rooms are built that way — and moving up means a familiar hallway and familiar faces, not a new address.
Infants
Warm, responsive care built around your baby’s own rhythm rather than a clock — feeding, sleeping and comfort on their schedule, with the unhurried attention that secure attachment is actually made of.
Toddlers
Room to move, and words for everything they find. Hands‑on play, music and gentle, predictable routines that turn “mine” and “no” into confidence, language and real independence.
Preschool
Purposeful play that quietly does serious work: letters and numbers, listening, taking turns, finishing what you started. Not just ready for kindergarten — a child who likes learning.
School age
Before school, after school, and the long days when school is closed. Homework support, enrichment, friends, and time to simply be a kid again after seven hours of sitting still.
Visiting
A tour takes about twenty minutes
You will learn more in twenty minutes in the room than in an hour on any website, including this one.
Tell us when
Use the form below or call us at (216) 331‑5056. Tours run on weekdays, and we will confirm a time that fits around your work.
Walk the rooms
See the actual classroom your child would be in, at a time of day when children are in it. Watch how the teachers talk to them. That is the whole tour, really.
Ask the awkward questions
Ratios, routines, meals, cost, what happens on a hard day, what happens when your child bites someone. Those are the useful questions. Bring them.
